Offer of «UNICOMPEX» LLC to conclude a retail purchase and sale Agreement.
This public offer agreement is concluded between the Seller, on the one hand, and the Buyer, any person who has accepted this offer, on the other hand.
This agreement is addressed to an indefinite number of persons.
By ordering any product or service on the website https://unicompex.com.ua/, you confirm your acceptance of the terms of this public offer.
This Public Offer is valid until a new version of the offer is issued.
1. Terms and definitions.
In this offer, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings and are an integral part of this offer:
The Seller is «UNICOMPEX» LLC (address of location: 57 Tsentralna St., Kalynivka, Fastiv district, Kyiv region, 08623 Ukraine).
User - any individual or legal entity visiting the website https://unicompex.com.ua/, accepting all the terms and conditions of this offer and intending to place an order for the Goods.
The Buyer is any individual or legal entity, a website visitor who places an order on the website https://unicompex.com.ua/ in order to purchase the Goods and thereby confirms his/her agreement with all the terms of this offer.
The online store is the official online store of the Seller «UNICOMPEX» LLC, located at the Internet address https://unicompex.com.ua/.
Within the context of this agreement, the terms Online Store and Store, as well as the Internet address https://unicompex.com.ua/ and all similar terms are equivalent and shall be interpreted in the context of the offer.
Goods - the object of the agreement between the parties; presented in the official online store for the purpose of their sale.

A promotional discount is a discount provided for a specific Product. The amount of the discount is indicated on the Product page. The price of the Goods is already indicated taking into account the promotional discount.
2. General regulations.
2.1. The Seller sells the Goods through the Online Store at: https://unicompex.com.ua/.
2.2. By ordering the Goods in the Online Store, the User agrees to the terms of sale of the Goods presented on the website. In case of disagreement with the terms of sale, the User must immediately stop using the service and leave the site https://unicompex.com.ua/.
2.3. The current terms and conditions of sale of the Goods and information about the Goods presented on the website are a public offer in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
2.4. The current terms and conditions may be changed by the Seller without notice to Users and Buyers unilaterally.
The new version of the terms of this Agreement shall enter into force upon its publication on the website, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement itself.
2.5. The Agreement shall enter into force upon confirmation in any form by the Seller to the Buyer of the acceptance of the Order when the Buyer places an order on the Site, as well as upon acceptance of the Order from the Buyer by phone indicated on the Site.
2.6. By providing the Seller with his phone number and e-mail, the Buyer agrees to the use of these means of communication by the Seller, as well as by third parties involved in the fulfillment of obligations to the Buyer.
The data may be used to provide information about the transfer of the order for delivery, as well as other information directly related to the fulfillment of obligations to the Buyer under this Public Offer.
Also, the data specified by the Buyer may be used to distribute promotions, news about promotions, discounts, as well as other actions of the Seller.
By placing an Order, the User / Buyer agrees that the Seller may entrust the execution of the Agreement to a third party, while remaining responsible for its execution.
3. Subject of the agreement.
3.1. The subject of this Agreement is the opportunity provided to the User to purchase for personal or general needs the Goods presented in the catalog of the online store https://unicompex.com.ua/.
4. Product and purchase procedure.
4.1. The Seller provides the availability of the Goods presented in the Online Store. Photos of the Goods are illustrations of the Goods, and the actual appearance of the Goods may differ from them. The descriptions and characteristics accompanying the Goods are not exhaustive and may contain typographical errors. In order to clarify information regarding this Product, the Buyer may contact the Support Service at any time.
4.2. If the Seller does not have the Goods ordered by the Buyer, the Seller has the right to exclude the specified Goods from the Order or cancel the Order by notifying the Buyer by e-mail or contacting him by phone.
4.3. The Buyer is fully responsible for providing incorrect information that made it impossible for the Seller to fulfill its obligations to the Buyer.
4.4. In case of full or partial absence of the prepaid Order, the Buyer is offered a replacement. In the absence of the Goods for replacement, the cost of the canceled Goods shall be returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the way agreed between the Seller and the Buyer separately or in the way the Buyer paid for the Goods.
4.5. The maximum period for processing and collecting an order is 10 days. After placing an Order on the Site, the Buyer is provided with information about the estimated delivery date by sending an e-mail to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the Order or by phone.
5. Delivery of the Order.
5.1. The methods, as well as the cost of delivery of the Goods, depending on the payment method, are indicated in the section https://unicompex.com.ua/en/service-terms-and-conditions.
5.2. Delivery of orders is carried out on the territory of Ukraine. The cost of delivery of each Order is calculated independently by the carrier «Nova Poshta» or other carriers, based on the weight of the Goods, region and delivery method. The Buyer can calculate the delivery independently on the official website of «Nova Poshta» https://novaposhta.ua/.
5.3. Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of order confirmation, subject to the availability of goods in the warehouse. Upon delivery, the Order shall be handed over to the Buyer or a third party specified in the Order as the Buyer or recipient.
In case the Buyer cannot receive the Order, the Order may be handed over to a person who can provide accurate information about the Order. When delivering the Order, the carrier «Nova Poshta» has the right to demand the presentation of the recipient's identity document.
5.4. The parcel is delivered to the warehouse of the «Nova Poshta» carrier specified by the Buyer. To receive the parcel, you must present your passport and declaration number. The declaration number is communicated to the Buyer in any of the following ways: by phone; using the Viber mobile application; sent to the email address specified by the Buyer; by means of an SMS message sent after the order is sent.
The addresses and telephone numbers of the branches of the carrier «Nova Poshta» are indicated on the official website of «Nova Poshta» https://novaposhta.ua/.
The period of free storage of cargo at the «Nova Poshta» warehouse is 5 days. A penalty is imposed for each day of storage at the «Nova Poshta» warehouse beyond the specified time period.
5.5. Responsibility for accidental damage or destruction of the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Order is transferred to him and the Recipient's signature is affixed to the documents confirming the delivery of the Order.
6. Price and payment for the goods.
6.1. The price of the Goods is indicated in the national currency and includes all taxes provided for by Ukrainian legislation.
6.2. The price of the Goods is indicated on the Site. In case of incorrect indication of the price of the ordered Goods, the Seller informs the Buyer about this to confirm the Order with the adjusted price or cancel the Order.
6.3. The price of the Goods on the Site may be changed by the Seller unilaterally. In this case, the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer is not subject to change.
6.4. Payment for the Goods shall be made by the Buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the page of the online store https://unicompex.com.ua/en/service-terms-and-conditions.
6.5. The Seller has the right to provide discounts on the Goods and establish a bonus program. The types of discounts, bonuses, the procedure and conditions for their accrual indicated on the Site may be changed by the Seller unilaterally.
7. Exchange and return of the Goods.
7.1. The return of the Goods is carried out in accordance with the return conditions specified on the Website at https://unicompex.com.ua/en/service-terms-and-conditions.
7.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the received Goods and terminate the Purchase and Sale Agreement in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» within 14 calendar days.
You can return or exchange the Goods within the period established by the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» by contacting the contact details indicated on the website.
The returned Goods must be accompanied by a handwritten application for the return of this Goods with the reason for the return. The Goods shall be sent at the expense of the Buyer.
7.3. Return of the Goods of good quality:
7.3.1. The return of the Goods of good quality is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the Goods have not been used, and that their presentation, consumer properties, attached labels, tags, and the presence of the original packaging have been preserved. No inscriptions, addresses, etc. may be affixed to the packaging.
7.3.2. If the Buyer refuses the Goods in accordance with clause 7.3.1. of the Agreement, the Seller shall refund the cost of the Goods to the Buyer within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the Goods. The cost of the Goods shall be refunded exclusively to the person specified in the Order form for the Goods. Refunds are made by transferring funds to the Buyer's card to PrivatBank, based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. Only the cost of the goods is returned to the Buyer. The cost of sending the return is paid by the Buyer.
7.4. Return of the Goods of improper quality:
7.4.1. The Goods of improper quality are understood as goods that cannot ensure the fulfillment of their functional qualities. The difference between the design elements, color or design from those stated in the description on the Site is not a sign of improper quality of the Goods and/or the impossibility of its intended use.
7.4.2. Upon receipt of the Order, no claims for external defects of the Goods, their quantity, completeness and presentation shall be accepted.
7.4.3. If the Buyer has been transferred the Goods of improper quality, the Buyer has the right, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights», to demand a refund of the money paid.
7.4.4. The warranty period for the Goods is set by the manufacturer and is indicated on the label or box.
7.4.5. The Seller shall not be liable for defects in the Goods that arose after their transfer to the Buyer as a result of the Buyer's violation of the rules for the use or storage of the Goods, actions of third parties or force majeure.
7.4.6. If the reason for the return was the mistake of the Seller of the Online Store, the Buyer shall be refunded the full cost of the order. The Seller of the Online Store also pays for the return shipment of the goods. The mistake of an employee of the Seller / Online Store means: sending a different model; sending a different size; color mismatch of the model with the photo. This does not take into account the discrepancy in the shade of the same color (bright red - coral), due to the fact that the same image may look different on different monitors.
8. Confidentiality and protection of information.
8.1. The personal data of the User / Buyer is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection».
8.2. Personal data is collected exclusively for the purpose of complying with the requirements governing legal relations in the field of accounting, taxation and advertising. The period of storage and processing of personal data is three years.
8.3. By providing their personal data during registration on the Site, the User agrees to their processing by the Seller, including for the purpose of promoting goods and services by the Seller.
8.4. The Seller has the right to send informational, including advertising messages to the User / Buyer's e-mail and mobile phone with their consent. The User / Buyer has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without explaining the reasons for refusal. Service messages informing the User / Buyer about the Order and the stages of its processing are sent automatically and cannot be rejected by the User / Buyer.
8.5. The Seller has the right to use the «Cookies» technology. «Cookies» do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.
8.6. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided by the User / Buyer on the Website in a publicly available way.
8.7. The Seller has the right to record telephone conversations with the Buyer. In this case, the Seller undertakes to: prevent attempts of unauthorized access to information obtained during telephone conversations and / or transfer to third parties not directly related to the execution of the Orders, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Information».
9. Validity period of the public offer.
9.1. The current public offer comes into force from the moment of acceptance by the User / Buyer and is valid until the moment of withdrawal of the acceptance of the public offer.
9.2. By ordering the Goods in the Online Store, the User agrees to the terms of this public offer. In case of disagreement with the terms of sale, the User must immediately stop using the service and leave the website https://unicompex.com.ua/.
10. Special conditions.
10.1. The Seller has the right to transfer its rights and obligations to the Buyers to third parties.
10.2. The Online Store and related services may be temporarily / partially or completely unavailable due to maintenance or other technical reasons. The Seller's technical service has the right to periodically carry out the necessary maintenance or other work with or without prior notice to the Buyers.
10.3. The relations between the User/Buyer and the Seller shall be regulated by the laws of Ukraine.
10.4. If the User/Buyer has any questions or claims, he/she shall contact the Seller using the contacts posted on the Website. The parties are obliged to try to resolve all disputes through negotiations. If the parties do not reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
