The goods are changed and returned on the basis of a purchase check and a warranty card (if any) within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Goods without damage to the packaging and the product itself, without visible of opening, tampering, or repair of equipment are subject to exchange and return.
Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» provides for the right of a consumer to change a non-food product of good quality for a similar product if the purchased product does not fit in shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.
The change is possible within 14 days, except for the day of purchase. The date of purchase is the date indicated on the sales check or bill of lading. The goods are changed if they have not been used and if their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the payment document or bill of lading are saved.
If at the time of the change the desired product is not on sale, you have the right to request a refund.
If at the time of the return there is no similar product in the assortment of the store, you have the right to
- make change at the first receipt of the relevant product for sale;
- purchase any other product from the assortment available, with the appropriate recalculation of the cost;
- receive a refund in the amount of the value of the returned goods, excluding delivering costs.
In case of returning goods of good quality, the buyer will not be reimbursed for the additional costs of delivering the returned goods.
Refunds are made by money transfer to your bank card.
The procedure for changing or returning goods of good quality:
- To change a good quality product if it does not fit you in terms of shape, size, style, color, size or configuration, you must:
a) Contact us by e-mail at info@unicompex.com.ua or by phone at +38 067 752 33 55 and apply for the return of the goods of good quality, indicating the reason for the return.
b) Attach a cash check or a copy of the receipt for payment for the cash on delivery parcel. The absence of a cash receipt or other document certifying the fact and conditions of the purchase of the goods is not a ground for refusing to satisfy your claims. However, we reserve the right to verify the fact of purchase of the returned goods in our store.
c) Send the goods to the address or warehouse of the transport company, which will be indicated to you by the manager / employee of the store.
The goods must be sent in reliable packaging, and copies of the above documents must be sent by regular mail, without declared value and cash on delivery.
- Consideration of your application and change of goods or refund for this product is carried out within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods and application.
Rules for changing or returning goods of improper quality:
If you have received goods of improper quality, you have the right to use the provisions of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights».
You have the right to file a claim under Article 8 of the Consumer Protection Law regarding defects in the goods if they are discovered during the warranty period or the expiration date.
Possible reasons for changing or returning goods of improper quality:
- Significant external defects.
- Lack of completeness of your order.
- Hidden defects or defects were found during operation.
You have the right if you return goods of improper quality:
- to receive a refund of the amount of money paid for the goods, as well as compensation for additional costs for shipping / delivery of the returned goods.
- exchange the goods for the same goods of good quality or similar goods from the available goods. If at the time of the return there is no similar product in the assortment, you have the right: to make an exchange at the first receipt of the relevant product for sale or to purchase any other product from the assortment with the corresponding transfer of the cost.
When calculating the amount of compensation for the return of goods of improper quality, the cost of additional costs incurred by the buyer for the shipment / delivery of the returned goods shall be taken into account. Payment made by bank card or cash on delivery is returned to the bank card of the buyer who made the payment.
The procedure for changing or returning goods of improper quality:
- The appearance and completeness of the goods, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the recipient on the day of receipt of the goods.
- Claims for significant external defects of the goods, completeness and presentation are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- When the goods are delivered by the postal service or courier delivery service, it is necessary to inspect the package of the goods. If you find any damage that indicates possible partial or complete damage to the package (goods), you must draw up a corresponding act, refuse to receive the goods (until cash on delivery or cash payment to the courier) and notify us of the problems, informing us of your desire to receive the order again or to cancel it.
- In case of discrepancies in the order package, obvious and hidden defects of the goods discovered during its operation, it is necessary to file claims to the quality of the goods:
a) File an application for the return of goods of improper quality. To do this, please contact us by e-mail at info@unicompex.com.ua or by phone at +38 067 752 33 55. In the application, you must specify in detail what kind of defect the returned product contains.
b) Attach a document confirming the payment for your order: a copy of the cash on delivery receipt, a cashier's check or a receipt for cash payment to the courier. If you do not have a document confirming the fact of payment for the goods, you have the opportunity to file a claim. However, we reserve the right to verify the fact that the goods were ordered in our store.
c) Attach a copy of the receipt for payment of additional services for the return shipment / delivery of the returned goods.
d) Send the goods with the above documents to the address or branch of the courier company indicated by the employee / manager of the store by regular mail, without the declared value and cash on delivery.

Your application for an exchange or return of goods of improper quality and reimbursement of expenses is processed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods and the application.
